Case Study: Direct Sales Company (A) – Blendsourcing™ with the architecture team to transform their enterprise architecture

A direct sales company that uses technology to enable sales based their technology stack on old software and required some updates to their architecture. Veracity was asked to engage in an Architectural engagement which included an onsite analysis with additional follow up reporting. The findings indicated that the client needed additional Architecture guidance to help create a modular architecture that would enable and empower their business, mature their agile practices and focus the priority of their projects.


The client moved forward with Veracity’s architectural guidance to help transform the company’s enterprise architecture. The team consisted of a senior enterprise architect as a lead and a junior architect in a supporting role.


An enterprise architecture team was established, a high level plan for the client’s architectural priorities was defined, training and establishment of architect teams was completed for enterprise, business, infrastructure & data architects.
